Fully completed rental application

Annual income must be a minimum of 45 times the rent amount

Three (3) most current pay-stubs

Last two (2) most current W-2 or last two (2) most current Federal Tax returns (first 2 pages only)

Application fee: $20 per person

GUARANTOR REQUIREMENTS:

Fully completed guarantor application to be submitted with tenant application

Guarantor must be a resident of Tri-state area

Annual income must be a minimum of 80 times the rent amount

Three (3) most current pay-stubs

Last two (2) most current W-2 or last two (2) most current Federal Tax returns (first 2 pages only)

Guarantor application fee: $20 per guarantor

Acceptable Forms of Payment: Cash, Money Order, or Certified Funds
